Welcome to Eccles Borough Band’s Website

Eccles Borough Band is currently enjoying creating exciting performances to entertain our audiences at a range of venues.

The band maintains a strong presence in the First Section of the North West Area Brass Band Championships and takes part in a number of other competitions throughout the year, including remaining one of the few First Section bands to compete in the Spring Festival Contest each year.

The band rehearse in its own band room in the heart of Eccles and has done so as far back as 1920 with current & past members having travelled from as far afield as Japan, Germany, Canada, Scotland, Australia, Wales, and even Yorkshire to play with Eccles’ finest!

    Eccles Borough Band have their own rehearsal facilities on Corporation Road in Eccles town centre. We are a short walk from the Metrolink station, the train station and also the town centre bus station.
