Under normal circumstances we would be proud to play at the Salford Cenotaph Remembrance service. Unfortunately we are unable to do so this year. Therefore, we hope you enjoy our Remembrance tribute, our performance of Leigh Baker’s arrangement of ‘Mansions Of The Lord’ featuring Russell Gray on cornet.
We’ve had a flashback to the 1980s with some classic George Michael for our latest social distancing video. Please enjoy our rendition of ‘Faith’ with cornet soloist, Debbie Fry.
Today is Whit Friday but unfortuntely the annual contest has been cancelled this year due to Covid-19. However, we have come up with our own lockdown Whit Friday version of Ravenswood for you all to enjoy.
We have spent the week practicing social distancing brass banding. Please enjoy a little ‘Joy, Peace & Happiness’
We are pleased to announce Peter McDonough as our new principal euphonium player.
